Reiki "Universal Life Force"
This life force energy is within every living thing and is the very essence of life! When we are depleted of this energy we may feel unbalanced, sluggish, depressed and we may become prone to dis -ease and illness in the mind and body. When we receive Reiki, we are channeling the vital life force into our physical and our energetic body, allowing the life force to flow freely to re-balance our systems. When in balance we have energy to do the things that bring us joy and happiness. We feel inner peace and want to share that among our loved ones. A sense of compassion may be experienced as a side effect when we live in the present and we are free of dis-ease and illness.
Reiki Session
During your Reiki treatment you will be fully clothed and comfortably laying on a massage table. While laying down you will be infused with Reiki through light touch by the placement of my hands on your body. I use therapeutic grade essential oils and crystals to enhance the relaxing and re-balancing effects of your Reiki experience.
