30-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Earn 30 Continuing Education Hours (CEUs) with Yoga Alliance
Yin Yoga is a quiet, healing, and meditative practice—an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen. Through long-held postures and deep stillness, we gently stretch and nourish the connective tissues, increase flexibility, and enhance the natural mobility of the joints. This practice offers space to turn inward, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within.
This well-rounded 30-hour experiential training, guided by Kelli Martin and Kristi Kuttner, explores the art and philosophy of Yin Yoga, the anatomy of both the physical and energetic bodies, and the postures that form the foundation of this practice. You’ll learn how to skillfully support the body using props and principles that promote safety, comfort, and surrender.
We’ll also explore the integration of Reiki, meditation, and sound therapy, creating a deeply restorative and energetically balanced approach to teaching Yin Yoga.
This training is open to yoga teachers seeking continuing education as well as students, healers, and space-holders who feel called to deepen their understanding of Yin as a path of stillness, compassion, and inner connection.
