Yin Yoga is a quiet, healing and meditative practice. In this style of yoga we slowly and gently stretch the connective tissues of the body, over time gaining more flexibility as well as increasing the range of motion and lubrication in the joints. This practice gives us the time and space to go inward and learn to reconnect with the present moment and ourselves. This is an Ideal workshop for new yoga teachers or anyone wishing to find variation in their yoga practice. Join me in this short exploration of all things Yin!
