Get a deep stretch and relax in the juciest Yin Yoga poses and receive Reiki (universal, healing energy) from Reiki master teachers Kelli Martin and Kristi Kuttner while being bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls. The combo of Yin Yoga, Reiki Energy and Sound Healing can create a deep sense of relaxation in the body and mind and can leave you feeling rejuvenated and alive!

Spirit Yoga will provide blankets and blocks but props are limited. You may bring your own blankets, pillows and any desired props. Please wear comfortable clothing.
