The combo of Yin Yoga, Reiki Energy and Sound Healing can create a deep sense of relaxation in the body and mind and can leave you feeling rejuvenated and alive!

Trilogy Sancuary will provide bolsters, blankets and blocks but props are limited. You may bring your own blankets, pillows and any desired props. Please wear comfortable clothing.
